We offer FREE trackable shipping to US addresses on orders $99 and over every day! Orders to the United States under $99 have a flat $6 shipping charge.

Processing and Shipping Times

- Processing Time: 2-7 business days. Our Warehouse Deal items will ship typically within 1-3 business days.
- Standard Shipping Time within USA (after processing is complete): 3-5 business days*
- Standard International Shipping Time (after processing is complete): 10-20 business days*

Why We Produce at the Time of Order

Most Scuba Sisters apparel is produced after you place your order rather than manufactured in large quantities in advance and stored as inventory. This gives our customers more choice.

It allows us to offer a broad range of ocean-inspired designs and sizes XS-6X where available without limiting our selection to only the patterns and sizes expected to sell in the highest quantities.

We do not let popularity determine who gets served. A design does not have to be one of our biggest sellers to remain available. It may still be someone’s absolute favorite.

This also gives more choice to women who want something distinctive rather than the same design everyone else is wearing.

Designs That Do Not Go Out of Stock

Because our designs are produced when ordered, we do not run out of a pattern simply because a particular size or design combination sold through.

As long as a product remains available on our website, you can order the design and size you want without waiting for us to restock finished inventory.

Less Unnecessary Production

Producing in response to actual orders reduces the need to manufacture finished products that may never be purchased.

Any garment produced in advance can remain unsold, regardless of how carefully demand is predicted or how long it is held in inventory. Producing closer to actual demand helps reduce excess finished inventory and the energy, materials and other resources used to produce products that may never be purchased.

No apparel production method is without environmental impact. Our approach helps us limit unnecessary production while offering more sizes, more designs and more individual choice.

How the Production Process Works

Producing at the time of order does not mean creating a new process for each garment or starting a factory for a single item.

Our production partners operate continuously, with many different patterns, products and sizes moving through the same ongoing workflow. Each Scuba Sisters order joins that established production process.

The tradeoff is that most products require 2-7 business days of production time before they are ready to ship. We believe that is a worthwhile balance for reducing excess inventory and giving more women the freedom to choose what fits their body and their style.

Addresses

The customer is responsible for making sure their shipping address is correct. If there is an error, we may not be able to provide a replacement shipment without additional cost. Sorry, we really want to make every customer happy though we all have to do our part to enable smooth transactions. Please double check before finalizing your order.

Separate shipments

Your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different warehouse locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

APO/FPO Boxes for Military Members

We do ship to APO/FPO boxes for members of our military. Please make sure you format the address according to USPS requirements to help us get your package to you. We also offer an everyday discount to those in the military. Please email us at info@scubasisters.com for a special code.

International Shipping (including the United States Minor Outlying Islands)


We offer international shipping to many countries around the world (complete list below).

It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their country's import regulations and any applicable customs fees. Customers are also accountable for any VAT or import taxes required to receive their order. If the package is refused due to unpaid duties, the customer will be liable for any extra costs incurred to return the item. We do not currently charge GST for our Australian customers. 

Many orders are shipped from the United States though we have fulfillment locations around the world. We cannot guarantee your order will ship from a specific country.

- Shipping to Canada Flat Rate of $12 USD for orders under $99 USD, FREE for orders over $99 USD.   

- Shipping to Europe and the UK starts at $15 and increases by $3 for each additional item.  

- Shipping to all other countries except Australia starts at $17 and increases by $3 each additional item.

- We do not charge GST for Australia customers. Shipping to Australia starts at $16.
