Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

- Unworn and unwashed items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Does NOT apply to Warehouse items which are FINAL SALE. 

NOTE: During the end of year holiday season beginning November 15th, we extend the return window to January 31st.

- It's OK if you've worn it within 30 days of receipt and decide it does not work for you for reasons other than size, we have options so please reach out and we will discuss your individual situation. We trust you checked it out prior to sporting it around town or underwater and could only figure out the reason you were less than thrilled was by actually wearing it. Please be kind and wash any worn garment before sending it back and be honest in telling us it has been worn! We would be very grateful if you will share why it did not meet your expectations. This will help us improve for you and your fellow ocean lovers.

- Prior authorization is required. Email us at info@scubasisters.com to arrange for a return or exchange.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on returns or exchanges. EXCEPT in the case of an incorrect or damaged item. If you want to exchange for a different size or style, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge regardless of the reason for exchange. Returns, except in the case stated above, will not be refunded the cost of shipping.

- Returns sent to an address other than we provide via email with the return authorization will incur delays and be subject to additional shipping charges. Do not send returns to the address on the packing slip unless instructed to do so via email.

- We hope you will help avoid returns or exchanges for issues related to size as we provide guidance on how to select a size that will work for you prior to purchase. We are happy to discuss sizing via chat or email prior to your purchase.

- Exchanges: once your return is received and looked at, we will send you an email to let you know. You will then start to receive emails about your replacement order status and shipping, same as you did with the original order.

- Refunds: once your return is received and looked at, we will send you an email to let you know. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment which can take a few days.
